General Conditions of Sale for New Build Properties

Reservation Fee

  1. A non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure the property. This fee will be deducted from the final purchase price.

Contractual Obligations

  1. A binding contract will be issued once the reservation fee is received. Failure to complete the purchase within the agreed timeframe will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee.

Property Specifications

  1. While every effort is made to maintain design specifications, H&H Developments Ltd reserves the right to make modifications due to construction or regulatory requirements.

Completion and Handover

  1. Completion dates are estimates and subject to change. H&H Developments Ltd will not be liable for delays due to factors beyond its control.

Warranty

  1. All new builds come with a 10-year structural warranty, covering major defects in construction.

Payment Terms

  1. A deposit will be required upon contract exchange, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Stamp Duty and Other Costs

  1. The buyer is responsible for all stamp duty, legal fees, and other associated costs.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations after contract exchange will result in loss of deposit and may incur additional penalties.

Amendments

  1. H&H Developments Ltd reserves the right to amend these conditions at any time without prior notice.
