General Conditions of Sale for New Build Properties
Reservation Fee
- A non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure the property. This fee will be deducted from the final purchase price.
Contractual Obligations
- A binding contract will be issued once the reservation fee is received. Failure to complete the purchase within the agreed timeframe will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee.
Property Specifications
- While every effort is made to maintain design specifications, H&H Developments Ltd reserves the right to make modifications due to construction or regulatory requirements.
Completion and Handover
- Completion dates are estimates and subject to change. H&H Developments Ltd will not be liable for delays due to factors beyond its control.
Warranty
- All new builds come with a 10-year structural warranty, covering major defects in construction.
Payment Terms
- A deposit will be required upon contract exchange, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Stamp Duty and Other Costs
- The buyer is responsible for all stamp duty, legal fees, and other associated costs.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations after contract exchange will result in loss of deposit and may incur additional penalties.
Amendments
- H&H Developments Ltd reserves the right to amend these conditions at any time without prior notice.
