We are excited about discussions regarding a potential new project in Tayport, at the former Scott & Fyfe factory.
We are currently in discussion with Fife Council planning dept and have submitted preliminary sketches for a housing development on the site of the former Scott and Fyfe textile factory in Nelson Street, Tayport.
Our intention would be to commence with this development as soon as we can obtain planning permission.
